Orders received and verified payment shown will be processed the same day where possible, however, 4 days processing is usually maximum, specially requested orders may take a little longer. Orders that are received on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed the first day work resumes.
Apparel Vogue International respects all UK national and local holidays and there will be no shipping or delivery on those days e.g. December 25th & 26th | January 1st | etc.

These items are check upon arrival, again checked before entering into stock, and then checked again before send out to you our customer, to ensure customer satisfaction and having an excellent customer experience.
Refunds are available from AVI, however, Apparel Vogue International shall retain an administration fee if the proper procedure is not adhered to. Firstly, as in every product we advertise, please follow the advice that has been published with the product description, making sure you contact our Sales Team to ensure stock is still available, our products move very fast, this procedure saves both time and money for all. Secondly, if you do NOT contact our Sales Team and do NOT follow the procedure published, AVI shall retain an administration fee for the transaction made via Stripe, PayPal and any other method of payment AVI deem to use.
Items such as all Discounted/Sale Items, underwear garments, socks stockings, tights, earrings etc., and all swimwear garments (ladies and gents), are not accepted as returnable products due to Health and Hygiene as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations in June 2014 and Consumer Rights in October 2015.
PROMOTIONAL FREE GIFTS
AVI offer Promotional Free Gifts, these Free Gifts are per Transaction not per item purchased, eg: 3 items purchased in one transaction = 1 Free Gift .
AVI Members can reserve items that are sold by AVI, the procedure is that the item must be paid for in full (not refundable), and AVI shall hold it in our stockroom for up to 1 calendar month. After the month is completed, AVI shall ship the item to you, however, before doing so, an email shall be sent to inform you that the item shall be dispatched.
The majority of our products are available with a Gift Wrapping option. The gift will arrive at the desired address without any indication of price; instead, your invoice will arrive via e-mail. Gift wrapping service is free. Please keep in mind that for certain extra large items, gift boxes are not available.
Only AVI Gift Certificates/Vouchers can be used at our web store. Each AVI Gift Certificate/Voucher has a unique AVI Voucher Number and Expiry Date, the AVI Gift Certificate/Voucher must be redeemed on or before the Expiry Date.

You can choose any delivery address you prefer: home address, office address or the address of another person (not P.O. Boxes).
To offer you the best service, we have chosen UK "International Signed For" to ensure fast delivery to all over the world (we do ship internationally) and your local Postal Service, UK delivery addresses shall be via UK Royal Mail "Recorded Delivery." Shipping rates vary based on shipment type and destination. Your rate will be calculated at checkout. UK Royal Mail does not deliver on festive or pre-festive days. UK Royal Mail or AVI does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
As soon as Apparel Vogue International send your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment at UK Royal Mail.

Due to changes in Regulations introduced by the AAT we can no longer send the cosmetic goods outside UK.

Apparel Vogue International is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s), however, please ensure you have ordered the correct item, amount, colour, size, etc., to alleviate any disappointment.
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund for the value of the product less any other charges incurred by AVI, however, there is an Admin Charge of 33%. Refunds are made between 5 and 14 days after the item has been accepted by AVI. Please be aware customers are responsible for the return of the item(s) throughout the return process. AVI must receive all returns within 14 days from the date of the order being placed. Please note, orders cannot be cancelled after being shipped, this then turns into a Return.
In order to do so, the item(s) must NOT be a DISCOUNTED or SALE product, all LINGERIE Products, SWIMWEAR, STOCKINGS, TIGHTS, SOCKS and/or EARRINGS, and any other goods falls into these categories, be in new, unworn condition with all packaging seals unbroken and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be directly returned to the purchaser at the purchasers cost.
To return unsuitable item(s) in the UK you must contact us within 24 hours of from the signing for the item(s), and Internationally within 3 days from the signing for the item(s). The information we require is; 'Name', 'Order ID'. You will then be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). You should detail the RAN on your receipt and enclose this with the item(s) that you wish to return.
Items can be returned via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery in the UK or any courier of your choice Internationally, however, it must be Recorded Delivery ONLY. Please refer to the Royal Mail website for shipping charges that you will incur when returning stock via Recorded Delivery ONLY.
Items must be returned to the address that shall be given to you when you obtain your RAN as per above.
Unsuitable items will only be refunded when returned within 24 hours (UK) and 3 days (International) time frame. Returns received after the 24 hour (UK) and 3 days (International) time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of AVI.
All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes or import duties incurred in delivery. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred, therefore, AVI shall only refund the actual price of the product less any other charges incurred by AVI.
Returns and refunds are NOT accepted by AVI on for example, Discounted or Sale Items, all Lingerie Products, Swimwear, Stockings, Tights, Socks and/or Earrings, and any other goods AVI deem that falls into this category, which is due to Health and Hygiene as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations in June 2014, also Consumer Rights in October 2015 and any such items that seals are broken.
Please be aware, we take photographic evidence of all products before leaving our premises, due to too many unsubstantiated returns & refund claims.
We advise that all customers check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing, breaking any seals that we have put on, and disposing of labels and original packaging.
Please take note: Upon Delivery of all Orders, we always require a Signature, please ensure that you have made arrangements to take receipt of your order to be Signed For.
HANDLING TIME/SHIPPING TIME
Our usual handling time to Shipping time is 1-2 days only, normally orders received same day up to 16:00 are dispatched same day.
Items such as Discounted or Sale Items, all Lingerie Products, Swimwear, Stockings, Tights, Socks and/or Earrings, and any other goods Apparel Vogue International deem that falls into this category, and any such items that seals are broken, all products from our Delicatessen/Grocery are not accepted either as returnable products due to Health and Hygiene as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations in June 2014 and Consumer Rights in October 2015.
