How do I track my order?
 

Majority of orders are shipped via Royal Mail, therefore, all orders can be tracked via the Royal Mail website using Royal Mail's Track and Trace system.  All customers are provided with an RM Tracking Number once your order is shipped.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?

All orders received by 4:00pm UK time, every effort shall be made to be shipped the same day.  

 

As above we use mainly Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class Signed For, in addition to RM Special Deliver by 1pm.  In some cases, at AVI's discretion, we may use other couriers.

How do I return an item?

You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within 24 Hours after delivery, and Return Address from AVI, just use the online form above.

How do I Cancel an Order?

If the order has dispatched, you can't modify it but you can refuse the package upon delivery or return the item(s) you ordered at the customers own cost.

 

To Cancel an order before dispatched, then just contact AVI using the online form above, or via direct email, and AVI shall do the rest for you.

How do I pay?

To give all our customers peace of mind, AVI accepts all major credits/debit cards using Stripe and PayPal via our secure payment system.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

If you reside in the United Kingdom, there should be no need to contact our couriers, AVI shall take care of this.  However, if you reside internationally, you may be required to contact your respective Postal Service of you given country..

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, AVI do ship internationally where we are permitted to do so.

Note:- Fragrances are restricted from leaving the UK, CAA & ITAA regulations restrict this shipping, we apologise to all our customers overseas.  Fragrances can be shipped to certain European Countries via Over Land, see Regions at checkout.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

All consumers must contact AVI within 24 hours for an authorisation of a return.  As AVI put our customers first, certain categories of items are classed as non-returnable due to Health & Hygiene UK & EU Directives.  For further information, please contact AVI on the online form above.

Have a Hearing Impediment?
 

No problem, AVI has email (use the above form on this page) & Online Chat for all persons with a hearing impediment.  Fluent languages are English, Ukrainian & Russian.
